The Story Behind Lark Haven Studio
I've always been fascinated by nature. My childhood summers were spent at a wildlife refuge, trailing sea turtle researchers and asking them endless questions. This curiosity about the natural world sparked my love of conservation work and led me to my training in sustainable landscape design. Once I learned about the rate of species decline in the world, I knew I had to do something. And that’s how Lark Haven Studio was born!
I was raised to leave places better than I found them. That belief shapes every landscape I create. How can I make you smile today while also protecting Mother Earth for future generations? Through creative space planning and intentional plant choices, I craft gardens that make a difference.
Meet Lily - Supurrvisor
Lily is the permanent holder of the “employee of the month” award. While she prioritizes kibble and napping in sunbeams over design contributions, Lily does enjoy gracing us with her presence on Zoom calls.

Lark Haven Studio proudly supports organizations working to create healthier communities and a more sustainable future.
The studio sponsors Tilth Alliance, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting organic and sustainable practices through farms, gardens, and kitchens where people from all backgrounds can learn to grow, prepare, and share food.
As a veteran-owned business, Lark Haven Studio also donates to The Vet Center, which provides confidential counseling and community support for military veterans, service members, and their families. Contributions are made in loving memory of Rebecca and Serena, and in honor of Ashley.
